Inspired by the great journeys that began in the mid-nineteenth century, the Grand Tour of Catalonia is a circular route to discover the essence of Catalonia: connect icons cultural, natural sites and food and wine pleasures that define the personality of this land, both in rural and urban areas.
Sustainable and responsible tourism is one of the relevant axes of this project. Pretend to promote knowledge and respect for the territory, its customs and culture, and do it in an inclusive way. It seeks to promote the discovery of local life and local products, and encourage respect for the environment.
Barcelona is a world-class wine tourism destination, because it has wines from five different Designations of Origin, because you will also enjoy the wines of other denominations, because you will find mountain vineyards and others that cradle the Mediterranean, even close to the city, in Collserola or Badalona. Because it has one of the best gastronomic offers, but it also offers culture, heritage, history, tradition, and above all its lifestyle.
